Your membership is a recurring, auto-renewing subscription. By entering your payment information, you authorize the Company to automatically charge your selected payment method at the published rate and frequency until you cancel.
All billing matters, including the 30-day money-back guarantee, are governed by our Refund & Billing Policy.
You agree that all billing disputes must follow the arbitration provisions in Section 9 and waive the right to initiate chargebacks with your payment provider.
All content provided by the Company, including educational materials, videos, strategies, and brand elements ("Company Content"), is the sole and exclusive property of Swing Stock Strategy Group, LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Company Content for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.

By participating in our Discord community or other platforms, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner. The following are strictly prohibited:
We reserve the right to remove any member for any reason without notice or refund. All activity is governed by our Community Guidelines. We may cooperate with law enforcement, the SEC, FINRA, FTC, or other regulatory authorities as required by law.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF SWING STOCK STRATEGY GROUP, LLC FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES OR LOST PROFITS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Swing Stock Strategy Group, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, moderators, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your trading activity, or your violation of these Terms.
You and the Company agree that any dispute or claim arising from this Agreement or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a trial by jury and to participate in any lawsuit in court.
All claims must be brought in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator shall have no authority to preside over any form of class action.
If the Company prevails in arbitration, it shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The exclusive forum and venue for any arbitration or permitted court proceeding shall be the state and federal courts located in Harrison County, Iowa.
Electronic acceptance logs, billing records, and communications shall be deemed admissible evidence in any legal, regulatory, or arbitration proceeding.
These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede all prior communications. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement or representation outside of these official documents.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond the Company's reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation, or failure of third-party platforms (e.g., Discord).
This Agreement is not assignable, transferable, or sublicensable by you except with our prior written consent. We may transfer and assign any of our rights and obligations under this Agreement without consent.
The provisions concerning intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, arbitration, governing law, and any other provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect after termination of your access to the Services.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship between you and the Company.
